Returns are accepted within 7 days (1 week) from the date of purchase.
Refunds are only granted for manufacturing defects.
We strongly encourage customers to inspect all items before leaving the store.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or after use.
All returned items must be:
-In original, unused condition
-With original packaging undamaged
Items that are returned damaged or used will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

All orders are store pick-up only. We do not offer delivery or shipping to customer addresses. Orders typically take 14 to 21 days to arrive at our store. Once your order is ready, you will be notified for pick-up. We highly recommend inspecting your item at the time of pick-up, as this is the best time to identify any defects.
